The assistant will work directly with the owner and support vendor coordination, documentation, and general office tasks. This is a non-patient-facing role that requires strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage digital paperwork, documents, and internal files to maintain operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors via email and phone to support administrative functions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly filed and updated
  • Support internal workflows and help keep projects on track through effective task management
  • Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and task tracking to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in administrative, office assistant, or virtual assistant roles
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Fluently communicate in written and spoken English with minimal accent interference

  • Ability to work full-time during standard Pacific Time business hours, Monday through Friday
