Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment.
• Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for patients and caregivers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints using appropriate techniques.
