A leading wholesale in the fashion industry is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to manage the full AZ of marketing for a flagship brand. This role operates at a Marketing Manager level and includes overseeing a senior graphic designer and 2 other marketing specilaists. You will adapt global marketing strategies to the South African market, manage seasonal marketing cycles, and deliver campaigns that drive brand growth and consumer engagement. 35 years experience in marketing management within, fashion, or related consumer goods. Strong strategic and operational marketing expertise, including campaigns, digital marketing, and market research. Ability to localize global marketing strategies effectively. Understanding of seasonal buying and promotional cycles. Creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and solution‑driven. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Proficient in social media, email marketing, and analytics tools. Relevant marketing degree plus working knowledge of design processes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to global direction and local market needs.

  • Manage full end‑to‑end campaign execution across digital and traditional channels.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy.

  • Work closely with the senior graphic designer to create engaging, brand‑aligned content.

  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media, emailers, and website updates.

  • Support brand activations, pop‑up stores, and marketing events.

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

  • Report on campaign results and optimise future activity.

  • Meet performance standards and KPIs within required timeframes.
