We're growing fast - and we need a marketing mastermind to take our brand from 'solid local name' to global adventure icon.The Mission (should you choose to accept it)You'll take full control of our marketing universe - from brand strategy to content to digital, events, and dealer love.

Responsibilities
  • Build a small but mighty team and turn our marketing department into a mean, adventure-fueled growth machine.
  • Craft bold campaigns that make people want to pack their bakkie and hit the dunes.
  • Understand our objectives while also thinking like the consumer to implement a successful campaign.
  • Launch new products that make roof racks sexy (yes, it's possible).
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and optimizing media buying strategies.
  • Manage ad campaigns, including ad set-up, targeting parameters, bid management, and budget allocation.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimizing in real-time based on data insights to achieve KPIs and enhance ROI.
  • Work with sales, production, and fitment teams to keep the adventure rolling.
  • Own the digital marketing space including SEO and UX/UXS (as applicable) with a focus on Meta and Google Advertising.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years' experience in marketing with demonstrated results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing spaces including SEO and user experience optimization.
  • Highly skilled in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms with proven campaign strategy, optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analytics.
