Role Summary
Opportunity Property is a growing, forward-thinking property and investment business looking for a hands‑on Marketing Co‑ordinator to take ownership of our marketing function end to end.
This is a strategic and execution‑driven role suited to someone who enjoys building structure, managing multiple channels, and delivering measurable results in a commercially focused environment. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on marketing activity that supports lead generation, brand growth, listing performance, and investor communications.

Key Responsibilities
1) Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned to sales and business targets
- Build and manage campaign calendars, content plans, and channel schedules
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversion, and brand awareness across platforms
- Coordinate marketing activity across property listings, developments, investment offerings and corporate brand
2) Social Media & Content Management (Organic + Paid Support)
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across relevant platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok/YouTube Shorts if applicable)
- Create and manage content plans, including written copy, visual briefs, and publishing schedules
- Maintain consistent, professional communication in line with brand tone and reputation standards
- Engage with audiences appropriately (comments, DMs, queries) and manage escalation to internal teams where needed
- Support paid media execution by briefing creatives, audiences, and objectives (or liaising with a digital partner)
3) Listings & Property Portals (Property24)
- Upload, manage, optimise, and promote listings and campaigns on Property24
- Maintain listing accuracy, pricing consistency, image quality, and supporting documentation
- Track listing performance and implement improvements (titles, descriptions, imagery, featured upgrades where relevant)
4) Website Management (WordPress)
- Update and maintain the WordPress website (pages, listings, blogs, forms, basic SEO hygiene)
- Ensure content is current, accurate, and aligned to brand and lead‑gen objectives
- Coordinate basic troubleshooting and improvements with web support providers when needed
5) CRM & Email Marketing (Zoho)
- Manage CRM database hygiene (tags, segmentation, lead sources, basic data quality)
- Build and deploy email campaigns/newsletters (investor updates, listings, launches, promotions)
- Track campaign performance and iterate for improved open/click/response rates
- Support sales process effectiveness through structured lead routing and follow‑ups (in collaboration with sales/admin)
6) Creative Support (Design + Collateral)
- Produce basic graphic design work for print and digital (social posts, ads, brochures, flyers, signage, presentations) using Canva
- Maintain templated brand assets (social templates, listing templates, investment pack layouts)
- Coordinate content creation such as photography, video, walkthroughs, drone footage, and editing where required (internal or supplier)
7) Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with external suppliers (designers, printers, photographers/videographers, media partners, digital agencies)
- Brief, manage timelines, ensure quality control, and maintain cost discipline
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather inputs and approve materials efficiently
8) Reporting & Analytics
- Produce weekly and monthly marketing performance reports across channels (social, email, website, portals, campaigns)
- Provide insights and recommendations: what worked, what didn’t, what to improve next
- Track lead volumes and sources where possible, connecting marketing output to commercial outcomes
9) Budget & Admin
- Assist with annual budget setup and ongoing budget tracking
- Maintain an organised marketing asset library, supplier records, invoices, and campaign documentation
10) Investor & Business Communication Support
- Create clear, professional investment documents and presentations for potential investors
- Support the business with investor communication packs, updates, and pitch materials in line with brand standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years’ proven marketing experience (ATL & BTL exposure advantageous)
- Strong understanding and working knowledge & experience with digital marketing (GA4)
- Excellent content writing and proofreading skills (attention to detail is critical)
- Hands‑on experience managing social media platforms and content schedules
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and email campaigns (Zoho experience beneficial)
- Familiarity with WordPress content management
- Working knowledge & experience with Mailchimp or similar
- Experience managing property portals (Property24) or similar listing platforms advantageous
- Basic design capability (Canva essential; Adobe Suite a plus)
- Extremely comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Financial awareness: ability to track budgets, supplier costs, and marketing spend
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines

- Property marketing experience and or Hospitality marketing experience
- Basic paid media exposure (Meta Ads/Google) — even if execution is via agency
- Basic SEO understanding and reporting familiarity (GA4, Search Console, Meta insights)
- Familiar with design AI tools such as Nanno Banana and or Midjourney
Working Hours & Environment
- Office-based role located in Belville
- Standard business hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Occasional after‑hours support may be required for launches, events, or urgent campaigns
