Manufacturing Manager required in Brits, North West.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing an entire production process, used various quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction and worked in a continuous operation automated manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The plant must be maintained to world class standard
• Manage the teams successfully
• Train the teams to understand the manufacturing process
• The production input must be conistent (quality of the highest standards)
• The TP concepts must be understood and practiced
• Measure, administer and report

Requirements

• Tertiary technical qualification
• At least 3 years’ experience as a manufacturing team leader or supervisor
• Worked in a fully automated plant and first world equipment
• Hands‑on production management
• MS Office competent (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• CMMS experience
• Cooperation between Maintenance and Production
• Quality assessment experience including Theory of Constraints concepts (TOC)
