Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel to and from client locations daily.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check in and check out processes.
  • Ensure guests and clients receive correct invoices on time.
  • Assist housekeeping in managing inventory.
  • Support the Executive Director with necessary tasks.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use Microsoft Suite
