Role Overview
Our client is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative and secretarial support to ensure the efficient operation of the firm. You will work closely with solicitors and other team members, assisting in the preparation of legal documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar administrative role in a law firm.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, legal document management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders as required.
  • File legal documents with the relevant authorities or courts.
  • Conduct basic legal research and assist with the preparation of briefing materials.
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and legal regulations.
