Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Law Firm.
  • Assisting with billing and general administration.
  • Maintaining and updating office files (printing and filing documents).
  • Managing attorneys’ diaries, court dates, and consultations.
  • Following up with Sheriff and correspondent attorneys.
  • Attending to debt collection matters on behalf of various commercial clients including Municipalities.
  • Opening and managing debt collection files.
  • Issuing letters of demand and section 129 notices.
  • Drafting and issuing debt collection summonses, default judgments and warrants/writs of execution.
  • Following up on payments of legal fees from clients.
