Job summary

A leading telecommunications company in South Africa is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator. This role involves designing and implementing training interventions, assessing team learning needs, and managing client relationships. Successful candidates should hold a Matric certificate, relevant facilitation certificates, and possess excellent facilitation and computer skills, along with 2 - 3 years’ experience in a sales environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of using digital technologies as a teaching tool will be an added advantage.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in selling short term insurance either as a broker agent or tied agent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and facilitate learning interventions to enhance performance.
• Conduct training for new recruits and refresher training for agents.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal clients.
