Job Description
  • Empower the workforce: create, facilitate, and conduct huddle sessions to equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  • Impact the bottom line: conduct BQ/Remedial training for the nesting teams.
  • Conduct floor interventions for BQ teams.
  • Strengthen relationships: establish and maintain communication with clients and team members, understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Lead new‑hire training: deliver a positive learning experience and equip new hires with the skills needed to meet production goals from the first month post‑nesting.
  • Partner with the quality and training manager to identify skill gaps, develop training content for BQ interventions, and support learning through the update management process and new launches.
Qualifications
  • Excellent data mining skills.
  • Ability to think outside of the traditional role to evaluate business implications.
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly, constructively, and professionally.
