Due to the increase of volumes, we requested a Jnr Shift Manager to assist us to run an additional shift as we have gone into a 3‑shift structure. The other reason for this additional role was so that the current two Shift Managers work their normal 8‑hour week and also run their own two shifts instead of working the 6‑day weeks and additional hours per day they have been running. The Jnr Shift Manager will also be responsible to run a full shift on his own. He will have Champions reporting into him who will assist him to ensure we achieve our business targets.
