We’re Hiring Junior Sales Representative – Location: Highveld Techno Park, Centurion, Gauteng. Employment Status: Fulltime. Industry: Outdoor Advertising and Marketing. Working Hours: 8 hours (flexi).

Our client is searching for a Junior Sales Representative to join their established sales team. In this role, you will help grow sales and expand the customer base at a local level, contributing to rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and will champion the brand in front of customers and internally.

Objectives of this Role

Represent our brand in a professional, successful manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience. Identify lead opportunities, as well as the potential for upsells. Maintain or surpass sales quota expectations. Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.

Responsibilities

• Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Perform sales and account management duties.
• Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations.
• Develop and apply in-depth product and services knowledge to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.

• Previous cold calling / call centre agent experience would be an advantage.
• Willing to learn new sales software and technology.
• Training on their systems will be provided.
• Self‑motivated and motivated to succeed and make money.

Remuneration Package

• Basic salary of R15,000 per month CTCR.
• Travel allowance of R1,000.
