Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years design experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in boat building.
• Thorough understanding of design for manufacturing and build sequence.
• Speed/Accuracy tests in Solidworks and Nesting Software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate new techniques, products, machines, and equipment.
• Plan and prepare project scope and deliverables.
• Manage improvement projects and report on progress.
