Position: IT Support Technician
Location: Pretoria
Reporting to: IT manager

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician who prides themselves in ensuring that the group of companies have access to reliable hardware and software to do business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing efficient and friendly service, making sure all staff have the tech support and assistance they need. Coupled with their passion and enthusiasm with all things IT, they will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks ensuring everything works, like clockwork!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all staff can work effectively without technology hindrances.
  • Make sure the groups domains and related services are always available.
  • First level support for the whole technology landscape.
  • Running the helpdesk, resolving tickets, communicating and escalating tickets where necessary.
  • Guarantee as much as possible that things work when they need to.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:
  • Relevant Certification (A+, N+ or similar)
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support.
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • cPanel & domain administration
  • Network administration (Unifi preferred)
  • Laptop / Desktop / Mac office support
  • Pastel support (preferred)
  • Helpdesk support (Atera preferred)
  • CCTV support - Hikvision (beneficial)
  • Gallagher Access (beneficial)
