SUMMARY

Manage and deliver IT projects within the Operating Systems, Applications, and Consumer-Facing Technology environment, in alignment with PMO standards. Drive successful project execution by overseeing objectives, timelines, and deliverables through strong leadership, administration, and project management expertise.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are properly documented and progress through the required PMO governance stages.
• Develop project charters, scopes, and supporting documentation to enable effective planning and initiation.
• Allocate and coordinate appropriate resources—such as Business Leads and Technical Leads—to support analysis and delivery.
• Assist project owners in preparing and documenting strong business cases through structured analysis.
• Create and manage comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs) to guide project execution.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, work packages, and timelines.
• Provide consistent project status updates to stakeholders using PMO tools, templates, and reporting standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and third-party partners involved in project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Services Manager, IT Applications Manager, and Consumer Technology Executive to align projects with strategic objectives.
• Proactively elevate issues, risks, and decisions required to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Document and distribute meeting minutes, maintaining proper records for audit and compliance.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and forecasts.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Job Experience and skill required

• Min 3 - 5 years experience in Project Manager
• Preferably Degree in IT Related field
• Project Management qualification (PMP)
• Experience in complying with standards and procedures and maintaining them.
