Job Title

An IT Operations and Infrastructure Director will oversee the day-to-day management of our company's entire IT infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage all infrastructure changes according to agreed-upon standards and best practices for optimal efficiency and stability.
• Lead a team in managing resource requirements to deliver on our ICT strategy, ensuring timely execution and meeting set objectives.
• Oversee network security to maintain stability and efficiency, ensuring servers are properly maintained, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Manage data centers, including data storage, access, and risk minimization.
• Keep records of systems and processes for consistency and reliability.
• Lead IT Infrastructure staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.

Requirements
