RPO Recruitment's client is looking for an IR / HR Officer to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in industrial relations and human resources practices, capable of handling day-to-day HR functions and resolving IR matters efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary procedures
  • Provide HR support across departments
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction processes
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
  • Maintain HR records and documentation
  • Support line managers with performance management
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as unions or labour departments when necessary
