What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivery Designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visual Force, Aura Lightning Components, LWC, test class development, and coverage.
• Exploring methods to enhance product quality through containerisation and continuous integration, fostering a streamlined Dev Ops culture.
• Engaging in various stages of the SDLC, from system design to analysis, scoping, and estimation.
• Researching innovative technologies and implementing them in projects to drive innovation.
• People Demonstrating maturity, time management and motivation in the workplace.
• Championing change within the team and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to tackle complex business challenges, driving continuous improvement.
• Upholding standards of excellence and accountability.

What We Need from You

• A bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visual Force, Aura Lightning Components, LWC, test class development, and coverage.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.
• Good understanding of 's Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform.
• Experience working in a delivery team together with other disciplines to deliver a product.
• Proficient in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
• Pro hybrid working model working from the office on average 2–3 times per week.
• A strong customer‑facing ability.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of different environments and tooling.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
