The Job

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
• Assist with detailed project planning, progress tracking, and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables and timelines
• Generate progress reports and highlight critical path activities
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Apply innovation and agility in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Gain exposure to platforms such as Oracle Aconex, where Kanban is used and tracked daily
• Conduct delay and claim analysis
• Attend daily stand-up meeting and report verbally on progress and planned work
• Understand the full scope of work and key project milestones
• Manage and track key dates and project incentives to ensure Rula-Solvocore JV benefit from the various project incentives
• Provide planning support to commercial and contractual teams to ensure the Rula-Solvocore JV’s commercial interest are protected.
• Manage interfaces with other contractors on site, client teams and existing operations to ensure the Rula-Solvocore JV work proceeds while still taking site constraint and interfaces into account
• Monitor and report on schedule variances monthly

The Profile

Minimum Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in on site project planning
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle and scheduling principles
• Experience with structural, mechanical, civil works, and piping
• Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
• Relevant qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management or Planning
• Willingness to relocate to Kathu and work in a site-based environment
• Must be agile, innovative, and willing to assist across various functions
