Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology covering Fintech, Financial Services, insurance, banking, mobile money.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in scaling up organizations and driving the change.
• Lead IT operations transformation, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for seamless IT operations.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure IT operations transformation effectiveness.
