Job Summary: ABD Consultants is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Team Leader to oversee a SharePoint enhancement and support project for a national client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a SharePoint support and enhancement project team.
  • Manage client relationships, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and governance.
  • Conduct and document monthly performance and progress reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with the client's and ABD project management frameworks.
  • Support the development of user adoption and training materials.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the client's ICT personnel.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Project Management.
  • NQF Level 6 qualification or higher (Degree or Diploma in IT, Business, or related field).
  • Project Management Certification (PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing Microsoft or SharePoint-related projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
  • Desirable: Experience in the public sector environment.
  • Familiarity with POPIA, governance, and compliance processes.
  • Must ensure that all relevant documents are certified.

Salary: Market-related, based on experience.
