Qualifications

• Experience with SMTP, LDAP(S), Active Directory, SSL Certificates, MX records, and journaling.
• Experience as a professional services consultant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in implementing Mimecast Services.
• Escalate and track issues with the Mimecast Support and Product Development teams.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of technical requirements related to Mimecast implementations

Strong technical skills in operating systems and system administration

Comfortable using MS Office products

Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions

Demonstrated experience in customer-facing positions

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with scripting technologies
