HRBP - Southern Africa

Are you passionate about growing and transforming companies, and do you view Human Resources as essential to their successful management? Do you aspire to act as a true business partner to managers within the company, with the chance to make impactful decisions? Your strong business acumen, innovative problem‑solving skills, and technical knowledge in HR have made you feel like a valuable resource alongside profit center managers, especially in challenging environments. Courageous and assertive, you don’t hesitate to voice your perspective while consistently seeking balanced solutions for both the company and its employees.

In the context of our growth, we are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support four of our countries in Southern Africa operationally. Joining our young HR team, you will play a key role in structuring the HR function at Enko Education, working closely with school leaders to foster a motivating and trusting work environment.

With a seasoned approach and expertise in diverse and complex settings, you’ll be able to anchor Enko Education’s culture, implement effective HR processes for school management, and develop any missing HR tools and approaches necessary for our HR toolkit.

Aligned with school objectives, the HRBP serves as an expert, advisor, and challenger, guiding school directors on understanding human resources challenges and supporting their team development in line with Enko Education’s model. From organizational planning to meet school growth needs to implementing processes that ensure a positive work environment and responsible human resources management, the HRBP makes Enko Education an employer of choice.

Your main mission will be to serve as the right‑hand person to school management in human resources management. Particularly well‑versed in legal knowledge, with a level of rigor suited to monitor and oversee a range of topics under your responsibility, intellectually agile, equipped with analytical skills, and an articulate writing style, you will confidently address daily HR challenges and leverage these experiences to design forward‑looking solutions.
