Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Administrator / PA. The role involves handling Basic HR related tasks as well as PA / Secretarial Duties for the MD.

Core Responsibilities / HR

Employee Records: Maintain and update HR databases, staff records, and personnel files.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Schedule interviews, manage CVs, coordinate new hire paperwork, and assist with orientation logistics.

Employee Support: Answer employee questions about policies, procedures, and benefits.

Policy & Documentation: Update HR documents, draft internal communications (newsletters), and maintain employee handbooks.

Core Responsibilities / PA

Calendar & Diary Management: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring the principal is prepared.

Communication: Act as the first point of contact, filter calls / emails, respond to inquiries, draft correspondence, and take minutes.

Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries, and transportation.

Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, manage databases, handle filing, order supplies, and manage office logistics.

Research & Briefing: Conduct research and prepare briefing notes for meetings or projects.

Personal Tasks: Run personal errands (shopping, dry cleaning), manage household affairs, or handle personal finances.
