Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including KPAs.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Act as the strategic link between management and employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage thefull HR lifecycle : recruitment, selection, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HRpolicies and procedures
  • Overseeperformance management systems, including KPAs
  • Coordinatetraining and developmentinitiatives
  • Act as the strategic link between management and employees
  • Support the communication and execution of the groups overallvision and strategy
  • Manage absenteeism, disciplinary hearings, performance inquiries, job descriptions, organograms, and training records
  • Handle HR administration including timesheets, SDL, H4M processes, and provident fund matters
