Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and implement HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and development initiatives
  • Foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture
  • Advise senior management on HR-related issues, trends, and best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding processes to attract top talent
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour laws, BBBEE, and employment equity
  • Manage HR budgets and personnel costs
  • Represent the company in union negotiations and labour proceedings

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws, and organizational development.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and people management skills
