About the Role:

As our HR/IR Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our people operations—ensuring smooth HR processes, strong industrial relations, and a culture of engagement and excellence. This is your chance to work at the heart of a staffing organisation that’s making a real impact across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Headcount: 600 - 800 employees temporary employees
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction to ensure seamless integration of new talent
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support the rollout and enforcement of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage administrative tasks across HR and IR functions
  • Facilitate clear communication between management, employees, and unions
  • Support grievance resolution and employee relations matters
  • Coordinate disciplinary hearings and performance management processes
  • Attend CCMA and present the company
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Drive contract compliance
  • Site visits
  • Prepare timely and accurate HR/IR reports for leadership
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and support HR projects
What You Bring:
  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Relevant experience - strong HR and IR
  • Own reliable transport
  • Solid understanding of labour laws and HR/IR best practices
  • Great track record of CCMA cases won / settlements
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication—both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
