Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience ideally within a multi-branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor line management to ensure healthy people practices.
• Resolve conflict in the workplace by means of facilitation and conciliation.
• Responsible for the full recruitment process.
• Management of performance appraisal process.
• Ensure high staff morale and low staff turnover.
• Provide correct and timely communication to head office on changes or payroll.

Education
