Responsibilities

  • Management of the administrative processes for Outsourced Labour functions.
  • Ensure pre-employment checks are conducted and documentation validated.
  • Validate documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaison with Temporary Employment Service Provider for outstanding paperwork.
  • Train TES staff on company document requirements.
  • Conduct reference checks for TES staff.
  • File wage-related documentation for TES and permanent staff.
  • Assist with weekly wage upload on the Company Wages System.
  • Follow up on compliance documentation.
