We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team. As a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care and support to residents, ensuring their health, comfort, and well‑being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including medication management, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
Requirements
  • Nursing Qualification: Must have a valid nursing qualification and registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
  • Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in gerontology or geriatrics, with a strong understanding of the ageing process.
  • Clinical Skills: Proven ability to assess and manage complex medical conditions, including those related to the physically and/or mentally frail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in electronic documentation systems and able to maintain accurate records.
