JSBC Labs is growing fast – and we're looking for a high‑performing Head of Sales & Partnerships to lead our commercial growth, build strategic partner networks, and drive new business across multiple markets. If you’re a closer, a relationship‑builder, and a strategic thinker who loves the energy of a scaling tech company, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business (agencies, schools, enterprise groups, global clients).
  • Lead discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Build a strong referral and partner ecosystem.
  • Manage a predictable pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with solution architects on SOWs and scoping.
  • Feed market intelligence into our marketing and product teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales experience (SaaS / Tech / HRTech / Recruitment Tech is a bonus).
  • Strong commercial acumen + stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to run multi‑stage, complex sales cycles.
  • Confident presenting to C‑level and decision‑makers.
  • In‑office presence, team player mentality, and world‑class communication.
