Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated traditional and digital marketing strategies to grow brand strength, market presence, and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing plans with broader business objectives.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer insight analysis to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Ensure brand consistency and effective message delivery across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and measurable ROI.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Manage all aspects of brand positioning, advertising, public relations, sponsorships, events, and community engagement.
  • Guide creative development and ensure messaging is aligned, compelling, and effective across formats.
  • Strengthen customer experience by ensuring marketing activities reflect and support product and service quality.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a diverse, high‑performing marketing team.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive skills development.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new audience segments and opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Analyse competitor landscape and implement strategies to differentiate positioning.

  • A valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.

This role is based full‑time in the office in Umhlanga, Durban.
