What You'll Do

• Lead the bar team and deliver innovative, trend‑setting beverage experiences
• Create bespoke cocktails using premium spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Drive cocktail menu development and ensure exceptional presentation and consistency
• Engage with guests, understand their preferences and personalise their experience
• Train bartenders on mixology, pouring standards, product knowledge and upselling
• Support smooth bar operations in collaboration with the outlet manager
• Oversee stock levels, equipment readiness and beverage cost awareness
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all food and beverage offerings
