Duties & Responsibilities

You’ll have strong support, but this role is for a self‑driven legal professional who can manage complex legal matters independently.

The ideal candidate will have broad experience across industries, particularly in service contract management, corporate transactions, and litigation. Minimum Requirements : LLB degree and completed Articles of Clerkship, 10 years post‑admission experience, proven in‑house legal advisory experience, litigation experience and ability to navigate complex disputes, strong experience with service contracts (across any industry), confident engaging with directors and managing expectations, broad expertise across contracts, company secretarial matters, shareholder agreements, SLAs, NDAs, leases, loan agreements, and dispute resolution.
