We partner with start‑ups, scale‑ups, and established brands to drive business growth through design, development, automation, and performance marketing.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team to build and manage outbound campaigns, optimise GTM systems, and integrate AI tools and automation into high‑performance workflows.
This is a foundational role with room to grow into product, client success, or strategy.
Remote‑First (South Africa‑based). Full‑time. Base structure + commission.
Experience with Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Proficiency in data collection, enrichment, and segmentation.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for marketing and sales execution.
Comfortable building GTM campaigns end‑to‑end with clear performance metrics.
Excellent written communication and systems‑oriented mindset.
Fully remote role. SA‑based. Access to premium tools and full support from Junctn’s dev team.
