A leading outsourcing solutions provider is seeking a German Speaking IT Support Specialist to join their remote IT support team. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support to users in German-speaking regions, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and English, have 1–3 years of IT support experience, and possess strong problem-solving skills. This remote position requires South African citizenship or permanent residency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Candidates must be South African citizens or permanent residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat in fluent German.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 / 3 support teams.
• Maintain accurate logs and ticket documentation.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of user queries.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and IT documentation.

Skills

Fluent in German (C1 or higher)
