Strategic Contribution
  • Align with Yokogawa’s mission, goals, and objectives.
  • Understand internal processes affecting sales and contribute to company well-being through positive collaboration.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and developments within the designated sales area.
Sales Execution
  • Achieve allocated sales targets through proactive engagement and measurable activities.
  • Execute the Front Sales Engineer Plan and meet defined KPIs.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage opportunities early in the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain continuous customer engagement throughout the sales cycle.
CRM & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (YODA), including opportunity tracking, forecasting, and status updates.
  • Provide regular reports to the Senior Manager on business activities, growth areas, and concerns.
Customer & Market Engagement
  • Promote Yokogawa’s full range of offerings.
  • Support proposal teams with technically sound submissions.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses on major customers and monitor agent/distributor activities.
  • Deliver professional presentations using approved tools and collateral.
  • Provide basic service support when necessary in collaboration with the Service department.
Collaboration & Coordination
  • Cooperate with Major Account Managers and EPC Front Sales teams on shared opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, shows, and conferences.
  • Coordinate promotional activities to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Compliance & Confidentiality
  • Adhere to Yokogawa’s Authorisation Rule and confidentiality standards.
  • Respond positively to reasonable requests related to the role.
Additional Duties
  • Provide market insights to the Marketing department for targeted promotions.
  • Complete Customer Satisfaction reports to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage demo and loan stock responsibly.
