Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality and food-safe products through management of audits and processes.
• Manage cleaning, sanitation, hygiene and pest control contracts effectively.
• Manage product safety and quality through necessary compliance systems.
• Conduct Food Safety Training and Inductions for site personnel.

Skills

Analytical/investigative nature (Root Cause Analysis)

Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systems

Audit and compliance knowledge

Knowledge of AIB and FSSC 22000 standards

Education
