Job Overview

Leading Bay Area Real Estate Visual Marketing Company looking for floor plan drafters! We currently have a number of on‑site floor plan drafting jobs open in the North SF Bay regions, such as San Rafael, Navata, Mill Valley, Larkspur, and more.

As an independent contractor, you will provide quality 2D floor plans and site plans on a daily basis using your CAD skills. Measure the listing, draw it in your CAD of choice, and deliver the DWG. You tell us your availability and the areas you want to work, and we’ll fill them with our extensive network of top real‑estate agents and brokers. We handle all booking, scheduling, client relations, and billing.

Compensation: $100–$350 per job. Earn up to $2,500 a week.

Requirements

• Candidates must have their own laptop with licensed professional CAD design/drafting software.

• Responsible for purchasing your own tools and equipment.
• Own a reliable mode of personal transportation.
• Have excellent online communication skills – much of our day‑to‑day business is handled through Slack messaging.
• Ability to work on your own, completing complex tasks in great detail without supervision.
• Must be able to present yourself to clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Have a portfolio or examples of work.
