Qualifications

• Minimum of 1000 hours of instruction.
• Willing to conduct domestic and international travel as required.
• 3 years of Training Management (CFI) Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standardized techniques among flight personnel.
• Conduct competency checks for instructors.
• Maintain oversight of Grade III Instructors.
• Induct and orient new training staff and students.
