Key Responsibilities :

Prepare monthly management accounts and assist in the consolidation of group financial statements.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.

Manage payroll processing, statutory deductions, and related submissions.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across group entities.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Assist in audit preparation, liaising with auditors and external stakeholders.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, and departmental budgets.

Support the implementation of financial systems, controls, and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with local and UK financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

Provide analytical support and financial insights to senior management.

Requirements :

Degree inAccounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years experience infinancial accounting or analysis, preferably within aninternational or group finance environment.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Experience inmanagement accounts, reconciliations, and financial reportingessential.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across borders and time zones.

Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or SAIPA / SAICA) advantageous.
