A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Cleaning or Hygiene industry is required, along with a valid South African Driver's Licence and relevant qualifications. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Cleaning / Hygiene industry or outsourced property services environment.
• Valid South African Driver’s Licence.
• Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management, Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational activities within the allocated area.
• Implement cleaner work schedules and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements across all sites.
• Manage the delivery and availability of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Achieve monthly non-contractual revenue targets.
