Job Summary

The Wellbeing Manager at EY will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing initiatives to support the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of all employees across the firm. This role requires a strategic, empathetic, and proactive professional dedicated to promoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture that aligns with EY’s commitment to a thriving, healthy workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive wellbeing strategy that addresses key wellness areas, including mental, physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with Talent teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to align wellbeing goals with the firm’s broader business objectives and culture.
  • Program Management:
  • Design, implement, and manage diverse wellbeing programs, such as mental health support, physical fitness initiatives, stress management workshops, and financial wellness programs.
  • Identify and engage with internal and external wellbeing vendors and partners to bring relevant services and tools to employees.
  • Coordinate regular events, seminars, and campaigns to promote healthy lifestyle habits, stress resilience, and work-life balance.
  • Employee Engagement and Support:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wellbeing-related queries, providing guidance and support for employees seeking resources or assistance.
  • Foster a culture of open communication where employees feel comfortable discussing wellbeing concerns and seeking support when needed.
  • Partner with employee networks and affinity groups to create tailored wellbeing initiatives that support the diverse needs of all employees.
  • Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing programs, continuously gather feedback, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on the wellbeing program’s impact on engagement, productivity, and employee satisfaction to senior management.
  • Training and Development:
  • Conduct training and workshops for employees, managers, and leaders on wellbeing topics, equipping them with knowledge and skills to maintain personal and team wellbeing.
  • Support managers and Talent Consulting teams in understanding the wellbeing needs of their teams, including how to identify early signs of wellbeing issues and facilitate early interventions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure all wellbeing initiatives comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee wellbeing and integrate innovative approaches into EY’s programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Health Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a wellbeing, health & wellness, or HR role, ideally within a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of wellbeing best practices, mental health awareness, and work-life balance strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing wellbeing programs in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
