A leading financial services firm in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Directors. The ideal candidate will have a Matric Certificate, a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to manage complex executives' schedules are essential. SUMMARY

The Executive Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and Executive Directors. The role ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of the executive’s administration and enhances leadership effectiveness through exceptional organisational, communication, and coordination skills. Acting as a trusted gatekeeper, liaison, and representative of executive leadership. The Executive PA manages confidential information, coordinates executive activities, and supports informed decision‑making across corporate and operational functions.

  • Matric Certificate (essential)
    Tertiary qualification in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an Executive Personal Assistant role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Pastel, or similar will be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple executives, complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements. High level of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and organisational ability.
