Qualifications

• 4+ years estimating experience required.
• Strong background in social housing refurbishment.
• Experience working on projects up to £10m+.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed quantity take offs from drawings and specifications.
• Prepare & issue subcontractor enquiries.
• Assist in the cost planning at pre tender or early design stage.
• Identify project risks: Access constraints, Occupied buildings, Unknown services.
• Take ownership of entire tender packages.
• Attend post tender interviews.
• Assist with handover to the commercial & site teams.
