Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the qualifying program for new part introduction.
• Implement continuous improvement by identifying root causes.
• Test and evaluate performance of parts according to specifications.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of motor vehicle parts

Sound technical knowledge of harnesses

Knowledge of Quality Tools (DOE, SPC, FMEA, 8D)

Strong analytical ability

Computer literate (Ms Office)
