Dispensing Warehouse Manager

We are recruiting for a Dispensing Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a pharmaceutical / FMCG background, experience in running a dispensing warehouse, batch control, inventory management, and knowledge of SAP scanning solutions.

Additionally, experience in the cosmetic and beauty industry and familiarity with ISO systems would be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Dispensing of chemicals to FMCG factories
• Warehouse Management and Inventory Management (Stock Control)
• Implementing and ensuring the success of a Chemical Batch scanning system on SAP
• Managing receiving, put-away, picking, and supplying chemicals to factories
• Managing inventory, accuracy, batch control, and stock condition
• Maintaining ISO certifications and c GMP standards
• Enforcing good warehouse practices, including training and SOP adherence
• Managing team members – motivating, training, mentoring, and discipline
• Managing equipment and vehicles
• Control of expenses within budget
• Ensuring adherence to HSE & c GMP protocols
