Role Summary

We are seeking a versatile Digital Systems & Tech Lead to develop and maintain AlphaMore’s tech infrastructure. You will ensure that our digital programmes, content systems, and operations function seamlessly, ethically, and sustainably as per the 5 AlphaMore guiding ethos.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise internal systems (Notion, Google, Outlook, Workspace, Moodle, Genially, etc).
• Build and maintain sustainable digital workflows across projects.
• Support programme delivery and content management with tech tools.
• Advise on & adhere to ethical and equitable technology integration.
• Maintain ethicadata organisation, accessibility, and reporting processes.

Key Requirements

• Strong proficiency, relevant qualifications, and experience with collaboration tools, digital platforms, and systems.
• Experience building or maintaining workflows and operations.
• Capacity and qualification to troubleshoot, develop, manage, sustain and propose technical problem-solving agility.
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into user-friendly systems.
• Alignment with AlphaMore’s ethos and mission.
• Proficiency (verbal and written) in communication & teamwork skills.

First Month Volunteer Workmanship

The first month is a founding fellowship, offering immersion into AlphaMore’s systems, co-creation of tech infrastructure, and hands-on exposure to scaling social impact initiatives. Clear deliverables, mentorship, and potential for paid continuation follow after this period.
