Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description

Promote an awareness of AGL in the market by identifying new business opportunities within the SME sector and targeting key decision-makers.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets through lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, proposals, estimates, and presentations.

Identify and target sales opportunities at the low, medium, and high levels by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.

Formulate a winning strategy to acquire new business successfully by building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Open new business accounts and develop existing ones by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely communication.

Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and other related documents to ensure efficient operations.

Provide weekly and monthly reports as required internally and to clients, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

Attend regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss new business or servicing of existing business.

Manage Concerto (CRM) according to applicable requirements, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Negotiate rates with suppliers and handle operational, financial, or other queries from clients in a professional and timely manner.

Foster client entertainment and create awareness of industry vertical information, requirements, and general knowledge to enhance business growth.
